 Course Description  강의개요: This course provides students with basic knowledge on the physical theory that can be used to describe all kinds of macroscopic electric and magnetic phenomena. It is assumed that students in this course have taken Physics 1,2 and Physics Lab 1,2 already. Topics to be discussed include vector calculus, electrostatics, Poisson's equation, solutions of Laplace's equations and electrostatic boundary value problems, electric fields in dielectric materials and polarization, magnetic field by a stready current distribution, electric and magnetic energies, electromagnetic induction, Faraday's law, Maxwell equations, and Poynting's vector. 강의내용: 15주 강의 1. Vector Analysis - 2주 2. Electrostatics - 2주 3. Special Techniques - 2주 4. Electric Fields in Matter - 2주 5. Magnetostatics - 2주 6. Magnetic Fields in Matter - 2주 7. Electrodynamics - 3주 성적평가: 중간고사 30%, 기말고사 30%, 출석 10%, 숙제 30%
